How to Calculate the Magnification Times of Microscopes?
Actually magnification times are the screen size divided by the real size. Usually we use the data as below:17 inch screen ,resolution1280*1024,sensor size 1/4 inch(1/3 inch for AV ).For the moment our microscopes can see about 2mm length when maximum magnification. Resolution:2 mega pixels(1600*1200),5 mega pixels (2592*1944).Take2 mega pixels for example, screen size 1600/1280*17*25.4mm=539.75mm.Real size 2mm.
So the magnification times: 539.75/2=270, we round numbers 300X.
Here for simple and easy to understand, we didn’t count in sensor size, because that the result is same.
2  Optical Magnification and Digital Magnification
In digital microscopes, both optical magnification and digital magnification exists. No difference between portable and table type.
Optical magnification is the size of real object cast on the target surface through optical system divided by the real size. On the example above, optical magnification= 1/4*25.4mm/2mm=3.175
Digital magnification is screen size divided by the sensor size.
Example above: digital magnification=539.75mm/(1/4*25.4)=85
Total magnification=Optical magnification*digital magnification =3.175*85=269.875
3  Magnification Calculating for Low Resolution Sensor
For example: magnification calculating of 640*480 microscopes
Because the actual resolution will not be more than 17inch, so we can only set up full screen to make it cover the whole screen. That is to say the screen size is17*25.4mm,real size is 2mm.
Magnification=17*25.4/2mm=215.9
The value is close to that above, but the effect far from that. Especially when used for measurement.
4  What decides the resolution of microscopes in AV interface?
The total resolution of microscopes like water pipe, decided by the smallest, usually the constraint comes from the camera.
For the moment the maximum resolution of camera is 720*540.
5  Regarding the image velocity of A005+,If it can speed up when maximum resolution?
It can speed up the through improving computer capability.
If USB 3.0,the speed will be 10 times than now.
6  About the software, if all the USB products can work on Windows 2000 system
We didn’t test all on Windows 2000, suggest that work on the system higher than Windows XP.
7  How to adjust measurement?
Focus the microscope to be clear, put the standard ruler on the product, set up the measure setting to fix the standard size.
8  When video recording, if 3.6GB can record 11 years?
This data is based on DZC format.
9  What’s the launch wavelength of B004?what situation will be interfered?
Usually the wavelength of 2.4GB is 2414,2432,2450,2468,if there are two or more same frequency working at the same time, so they wi interfere each other.
10  Operational issues of  T series microscope?
All optical operation of microscopes is adjusting the position relation between object, object glass, eyepiece and camera.
11  Precision of digital textile density analyzer?
The precision of digital density analyzer just be depends on two points:1.edge accuracy;2. line on computer coincide with the textile line. Both can be judged by eyes.
12  For the A series microscopes which have auto-focus, how to ensure the measure accuracy, because that the number after the decimal point changes a lot?
Two methods: 1. measure in high resolution;2.wipe off the decimal digits.
13  Detailed Parameters of Endoscopes?(waterproof, acid and alkali resistant, working temperature)
IP rating:IPX6。Working temperature:0-90℃。
Metal Cover, no test on acid and alkali resistant.
Endoscopes mainly used for see clear, but for some customers’ requirement,we add the magnification function.
14  About the accessories of B003,how to disinfect to reuse?
Boil in water or 95% alcohol or 84 thimerosal
